I had a great experiences chatting with Aubrey in regards to renting a storage unit he provided excellent customer services with a fast pace of knowledge answering all my questions. He did take us a tour on the units we wanted but eventually we decided on the smaller one

I recently rented a 10x10 storage unit. The signup process was quick and efficient. However, I quickly realized I needed a smaller unit. The staff member Moiz helped me downgrade to a smaller unit without any hassle or hidden fees. I even snagged the last 5x5 unit available on the ground floor very close to the exit for easy access. I highly recommend this storage facility - clean, well lit, temperature controlled.

My over all experience was good. I do have to say there was a disconnect between the call centre and the office. Call centre quoted me one price and told me that was all I needed to pay. That was not the case. I ended up having to pay an additional $60 that I was not prepared for. Lots of details were left out which was upsetting. When I got to the branch they were fantastic.
