I recently rented a 5x5 unit at Concierge Self Storage and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Celina was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the details clearly, made the whole process fast and easy, and helped me choose the perfect unit for my needs. The facility is spotless, modern, and very secure, with convenient access and great climate-controlled options. The prices are also very fair compared to other storage companies in Vaughan — you really get top-quality service for excellent value. Highly recommend Concierge Self Storage and especially Celina for anyone looking for reliable storage and great customer service

This is the first storage facility that came up in my google search, and the photos of the facility and reviews made me want to rent a unit. The staff is fantastic, they are very personable. Mario always greets you with a smile and great conversation! The facility is always maintained and very clean! The security is great and they have cameras everywhere which makes me feel safe. I would highly recommend The Concierge Self Storage, the rates are reasonably priced. They have every size of units to suit your needs, you will not be disappointed.

I gotta say the owner and his family have been super great with service, security and support. The owner himself would go and clean floors and provide maintenance that the customers are in need of. The owner himself has gone to my unit in the morning when one of our own people were in it when I wasn’t there just to reassure that my property wasn’t misplaced or touched. He is also very flexible with payment arrangements and is fair on the frequencies. He’s understanding and is compassionate of hard work and ethics in people who display it. All of this results in long lasting relations creating value in the business.

This is the Dom Perignon of storage facilities!!! From the first moment I entered, I could tell that all staff members were on the same professional and courteous vibe. Mario, the owner was so friendly and accommodating ... showed me around the facility explaining every aspect of it. The cleanliness is impeccable...every corner shines bright! There is a wide choice of different sized units and I was shown all of them. Pest control is in place and the seriousness about security puts me at ease. If you are looking for a safe, clean, reliable unit...this is the place! To sweeten the deal, the staff is incredible, Mario is super friendly and makes you feel like family. Everything is transparent and there is no fine print. This is the place to store your belongings!!!!!

The team at Concierge Self Storage couldn't have been nicer to us. They walked us through all the options with no pressure tactics. Really appreciated how up front they were about the pricing and how easy the process was. Highly recommend them.
